Reasons attributed to these problems： 

1、Outlet filter clogging causes smoking at the vacuum pump outlet.  Outlet filter is to separate gas and oil, which we call oil and mist. Generally speaking, the oil mist passes through the exhaust filter, the gas is discharged and the oil is filtered to recycle. If outlet filter clogs, the gas cannot exhaust and will open the seal, the oil therefore will not pass the air filter and discharge into the air directly. There are 3 reasons attributed to these conditions, firstly, the outlet air filter doesn’t replace on time, and the vacuum pump oil never refill again, namely, there’s no on-time maintenance for the filter. Secondly, the poor-quality air filter will cause outlet filter clogging. Thirdly, the poor-quality vacuum pump oil will also cause outlet filter clogging.
